 Successful course confirms! Moenus looking back on a successful financial year |

| Early 2004 Moenus Textilmaschinen GmbH could announce the taking over of the business of the former brands Artos, Krantz, Sucker and Stentex. The complete business started mid of the year. Now the company can look back on a first successful year. In the first year the enterprise could already take in orders of 110 Mio. Euro from all over the world. There should be emphasised the market leading roll in supply of the highly developed Multicolor-Dyeing-Plants which could be further strengthened. The turnover of dyeing plants could be increased to approx. 25 %. The markets for dry finishing plants of all brands were stable world wide and there will be a good chance to get back to the previous potentials. The manufacturing concept at places in Germany and European Community only proved to be a complete success. Parts which require a certain know-how are manufactured in Germany and the final assembly is done in the works in Olomouc, Czech Republic. Furthermore a new logistic and spare parts centre of all brands was established in Gera, Germany. All work shops take care of strong quality controls, thus insuring that the machines and plants fulfil the high expectations and demands of our customers. Within short the enterprise could show its innovative power by inventing newly developed machines. A team of qualified engineers is working in Mönchengladbach, Germany, to advance products and create further innovations. The aim is to please our customers with optimum machine layouts so that their competitive advantage is secured in the difficult textile business. Based on the sound financial background and the good business development the Moenus Textilmaschinen GmbH will consistently work on the further expansive development of the company.
